Billing system issue identified.

We have identified a small glitch with our billing system in regards to Sub-Contacts or Sub-Accounts. With the new support system we have began using, it has inadvertently began creating accounts from sub-contacts. We are currently working with the development team at zendesk, our support system provider, to correct the issue. For the time being, sub-accounts will not list any products or...
